How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (order before 2pm) arrives the next working day. Free delivery on orders over £30.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and cancel from the subscription section. You can cancel any time with no fees. We'll send a confirmation email.
Which litter is right for my cat?
Use our Find My Litter tool — answer 3 quick questions and we'll recommend the right formula for your cat.
How do I return an order?
Email [email protected] with your order number. We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address.
